Business-to-business London trading platform that uses a subscription business model, LonRes, has developed a new offering that's built to help retained agents.

The Retained Agent Buyer Alert enables LonRes buying agents to flag a client’s property requirements quickly and directly to selling agents across the 6,000-strong LonRes network which now extends beyond London and into the country.

The retained agent completes a short form listing their requirements – property type and price range – together with the postcode in which they are looking to buy.

The LonRes system then takes that information and matches it to the agents with appropriate properties in the search area.

At the same time the system alerts the selling agent that a retained agent has a client with a specific requirement looking to buy in their area.
