Real estate companies around the world are switching to virtual tours and this is happening faster than it ever has before. The COVID crisis has brought many things to light for the real estate industry. It has highlighted what works well and what doesn’t. One of the technologies that has helped many companies during this crisis has been tours users can take from the comfort of their own home.

Jumping on the bandwagon is Bezrealitky.cz, a Czech real estate platform that is now allowing apartment owners to create tours of their apartments for rent quickly and easily.

How quickly can a tour be created and made available to prospective renters? Bezrealitky says “within just one day,” for US$27-US$63.

The move is congruent with its bigger goal to become fully digital, offering the entire lifecycle of renting space online in one platform.

Virtual tours are popular in western real estate companies and have been around for quite some time. Because of the pandemic, its popularity and influence are spreading across the globe to smaller markets, proving to be the logical next step for many online real estate marketplaces.
