LankaPropertyWeb Announces Lanka Property Show 2021 Virtual

Following the success of the first-ever Lanka Property Show Virtual 2020 last July, LankaPropertyWeb has announced the second Lanka Property Show 2021 Virtual. This event will be streamed live publicly from March 26 to 28 and attendees will enjoy an elevated experience. 

The event will, like its predecessors, connect both local and international buyers with developers. The uniqueness of an all-virtual expo means that these entities can benefit from the event without needing a plane ticket or a hotel room. Lanka Property Show 2021 will take place via live video calls and interactive 3D walkthroughs that provide a realistic view of a property to better persuade potential buyers. The event will also offer attendees exclusive deals on property prices up to 15% off on current selling prices of listed developments.

Interactive 3D Walkthrough

More than 20 developers have already jumped to sign up with the show, including Colombo City Centre, Fairway Properties, and 96 Residencies by Jat Living. And over 20 industry professionals will be in attendance, including lawyers, structural engineers, architects, interior designers, and leading property agents.

“Following the success of our Lanka Property Show series, we have moved the show to a virtual platform due to restrictions on public gathering. This would be our 7th property show and 2nd virtual event, to-date. This time we are also using technology such as 3D walkthroughs and live video chats to make the decision process easier.”
