Idealista Launches Innovative New Listing Enhancement Product

Spanish #1 portal idealista has launched Virtual Home Staging to let agents show off the potential of their listings via idealista’s proprietary technology.

The new listing enhancement product lets users see how a space in a home or an office would look once renovated and decorated by adding new furniture, painting the walls or changing the lighting. The technology can even be used on gardens and terraces to add a bit of greenery to the picture.

Check out the before and after sliders on the examples on idealista’s website and we’re sure you’ll agree that this new feature is not just a gimmick. As users increasingly demand more immersive viewing experiences and ash strapped agents want to see more bang for their buck, this might be something that we see copied across portals around the world before too long.

Making run-down or gutted properties seem appealing to potential buyers on property portals is always a tough ask, and we look forward to perusing idealista and letting this new tool show us how drab properties could look with some TLC.
