Jobful, Romanian recruiting startup that leverages gamification, has recently concluded its premiere angel investment round with a total of €100K from three private investors.

“The recruitment industry has an urgent need for innovation, as companies of all sizes having more and more difficulty identifying, hiring and retaining real talents. I think Jobful’s approach, based on gamification, education and authenticity, is the right move at the right time. The team is young, smart and ambitious, so I am certain that they will animate the online recruitment market and quickly grow internationally,” said Dragos Nicolaescu, one of the three investors in this round.

The investment will be used for both further platform development as well as a mobile app to be launched this fall. The company also plans to open up a new funding round in the fall in order to prepare to launch its product on five new European markets.
