New platform launches to help agents share listing info

This newly launched platform has a goal to help agents share information on properties being bought and sold

RealContent.guru was founded by Kylie Davis and delivers downloadable articles written from the perspective of a property professional providing advice to a client.

“Marketing and promoting yourself as an agent has changed dramatically over the past few years,” Davis said.

“Now, it’s all about sharing information – being helpful and providing advice as a trusted professional that people curious about your service can connect with or find online.”

According to Davis, many agents don’t have the skills or struggle with finding time to write with the regularity that’s required and the articles can be used on websites, social media or email newsletters.

“We based the idea on the photo services like iStock and Shutterstock,” she said.

“They have a great selection, the ability to search, and once you’ve downloaded you can edit and use as needed.”
