Paris based proptech startup Bellman has raised €4.5 in a seed extension round from VC firm Lakestar and existing investors Connect Ventures and Financière Saint-James. The company that specialises in streamlining French residential property management through an integrated tech platform was co-founded by the son of a residential building caretaker Antonio Pinto in 2019.

The company’s mission is to automate and bring efficiency to tasks within the often complicated world of property management where stakeholders currently communicate on an ad-hoc basis by email. The company plans to use the funds to expand the development team and hire in-house property managers. According to TechCrunch the Bellman currently has no plans to expand outside of Paris.
