Sólides, the Brazilian-based cloud HR management platform, has recently acquired fresh funding of US$3.5 million from DGF Investimentos.

With this, Sólides now joins other software and AI-based companies such as Resultados Digitais, ReclameAqui and Ingresse as part of DGF Investments’ portfolio.

Funds will reportedly go towards expanding operations.

“This contribution comes at a very strategic time for Sólides,” said Founder Monica Hauck. “With the feature, we will launch new products and continue our ambitious expansion plan. Our goal is to continue to achieve average growth above 10 percent per month. Today we have 150 employees and the forecast is to double our team.”

HR meets AI

Sólides’ operations revolve around agile methodologies to improve recruitment as well as the selection process for businesses. Partners resort to Sólides to lower hiring costs, reduce turnover, build strong teams, in addition to heightening overall performance.
