We are very excited to be bringing the Property Portal Watch conference back to Bangkok after a three-year covid break. The conference will bring together leaders from the real estate marketplace industry to learn from each other and make invaluable new connections as well as catch up with old acquaintances.

When and where is Property Portal Watch taking place and where can I get tickets?

This year's conference will be held at the Carlton Hotel. The hotel has everything you'd expect a five-star luxury hotel to have including a bar and restaurant with sensational city views (below).

Whatsapp Image 2023 01 16 At 11.42.56It is located near the Benchakitti Forest park, a 45-minute taxi ride from the airport and a 40-minute taxi ride from the Golden Mount Temple. The hotel also has a metro stop 6 minutes' walk away.

As for the date, this year we've decided to pack everything into two days - Wednesday the 1st and Thursday the 2nd of March.

At the time of writing (Monday the 16th of January), tickets are currently priced at $899 for marketplace and PropTech companies and $1,399 for suppliers and investors with tickets for Simon Baker's famous best practice Masterclass tickets at $399.

Edmund got to know the world of portals and marketplaces working at Mitula Group (which became Lifull Connect after the buyout in 2018). He worked directly with hundreds of portals across the world in his role in the content department for three and a half years before transferring to the SEO department to understand the inner workings of listings sites.
