Wikicasa, one of the largest real estate portals in Italy, has partnered with Restb.ai, a Big Data tech solution for real estate companies.

Wikicasa and Restb.ai will work together to provide technological innovations in the Italian market, including new services such as Image Recognition, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Pietro Pillizzari, CEO at Wikicasa, said:

“Images give us a lot of important information about a property. With Restb.ai, we will select the relevant ones to improve user experience on our portal. Thanks to AI tools such as Image Recognition software, we can rely on multimedia Big Data. This way, we can offer a more transparent, high-quality service in the Real Estate market.”

Wikicasa is the parent proptech company for three Italian portals: Casaclick, Commerciali and Wikicasa, with the latter being the most well known. The company was founded in 2016 and has grown to 13m users per year. The company recently received funding to the tune of €3m, with a pledge to double the size of its workforce by the end of 2023.

Restb.ai was founded in 2015 and has developed a number of machine-learning technologies specifically for the real estate industry.
