Wyndham Vacation Rentals completes integration with Vacasa

Vacasa completes its integration with Wyndham Vacation Rentals after acquiring it earlier this year.

Vacation rental management platform Vacasa, which acquired Wyndham Vacation Rentals for $162 million in October, has announced that the first market integration of its properties has been finalised in Park City, Utah.

176 vacation homes in Park City have been taken over by Vacasa, increasing the company’s portfolio to more than 275 in the community.

Vacasa has retained all 27 local Wyndham Vacation Rentals employees, including local managers, maintenance technicians, reservation agents, homeowner liaisons, front desk specialists, housekeepers and accountants. Vacasa will also keep the the company’s central office open to the public.

Vacasa vice president of operations, Jen Jones, said:

“The Wyndham Vacation Rentals team in Park City has exceptional knowledge of the region, and they’re well known in the community for maintaining rigorous standards of care. We look forward to the expertise they’ll bring as we continue to grow sustainably in Utah, and we’re excited about adding 176 beautiful new homes as options for our guests.”
