Global Listings, Inc., an international proptech and listings database company, via GlobalListings.com, its public online MLS platform, has announced the launch of a new endeavor: CORPORATE PRIME, a listings platform for the international real estate industry's professionals.

CORPORATE PRIME is a new business membership service that for a small monthly subscription fee provides a full suite of enterprise-caliber real estate listing and marketing solutions for medium and large real estate brokerage firms, home builders, property developers, asset managers and institutional landlords with portfolios of 10 or more residential, commercial or vacation property listings to sell or rent each month, locally or around the world.

Among the suite of business services included in CORPORATE PRIME memberships is the ability to set up custom data feeds to import individual company property listings in bulk to the GlobalListings.com platform, at the highly discounted rate of $1 per listing uploaded each month.

Each property listing uploaded will receive additional listing syndication services to 3rd party websites, SEO services, social media sharing at mass scale, and customized traffic acquisition services—all part of CORPORATE PRIME's member benefits package.

Global Listings Founder and CEO Michael Gerrity stated, "As the real estate industry has gone global in the last decade, coupled with the explosion of cross-border property transactions occurring worldwide, we are excited to launch the first truly integrated online suite of property listing service to help businesses worldwide reach a fast growing global real estate audience."
