Gimmicks catch consumers’ attention. People are drawn to similarities they find in other everyday apps they use. With this in mind, a new real estate app has launched that shares similarities with Tinder.

Created by one of the co-founders of a PrettyLittleThings.com, a famous fashion label, MoveStreets is a free property portal app that allows users to swipe right and left through listings within their chosen area. The first 12 months of membership will also be free before a small subscription fee is charged.

Supporting the app is the founder’s family, which is said to be worth over £1 billion.

Adam Kamani, the founder of the app, said:

“At a time when many estate agencies struggled to navigate the growing influence of social media on the property market, our deep understanding of data, marketing and consumer needs has been instrumental in providing a new property portal to support both the customer and the agency.”

Kamani knows that adaptation is the way to prosper within the industry. The app brings excitement and fun to the process of finding a forever home by offering a quick and recognizable way to swipe through listings and organize favorites from the rest.

The app is set to launch in Manchester but has plans to expand nationally by 2021.
