LeBonCoin Launches New Offering to Help Agents Win Sales Instructions

The French classifieds market leader LeBonCoin has today announced the launch of a new package for real estate agents. The 'Pack Immo Intégral' has been designed by the Adevinta-owned marketplace site to help its customers win more instructions from homeowners.

The new package on offer is designed to make agents' lives easier at a time when there is increased competition for new listings. Agents signing up to the integral pack will get sent contact information of LeBonCoin users who have ticked a box indicating that they wish to be accompanied by an agent in their search.

According to a post on French agent publication MySweetImmo, the package will also ensure that agent's listings are posted automatically to the group's 15 million-strong audience every month and automatically receive a boost on LeBonCoin's results pages.

LeBonCoin is Adevinta's flagship classifieds title which has led the way in terms of results for the group for some time.

Although the site is known as a horizontal marketplace site, its real estate offering, when combined with fellow Adevinta owned vertical A Vendre A Louer, is arguably every bit as strong as its Axel Springer owned rivals SeLoger and Logic-Immo.

LeBonCoin has historically been very popular among private individuals looking to transact without an agent. With this latest move, the company is looking to counter its rival's 'Expérience Vendeurs' campaign by also focussing on delivering sales mandates rather than leads for its agent customers.

Recently many property portals across Europe have been increasingly keen to communicate their value not only as a source of sales leads but also of instruction leads as well. The prevalence of Automated Valuation Tools is increasing across the industry, with some portal companies (including British challenger Boomin) even launching marketing campaigns around their AVMs.
